Their Customer service is great in the fact that they update you via e-mail on the progress of your order. I received my wedding band ahead of their projected date of delivery and was pleasantly surprised by this. My end order on the screen matched my personal expectation in person once received. I found a palladium band that I loved and have never seen anything like in in a jewelry store. So we ordered it. After the wedding it was a little too big.
