"Great service!! the band I ordered was better than pictured!! Absolutely gorgeous I would definitely order from here in the future. My mailing address was different from my billing address and I received a phone call shortly after placing my order to double check that It was not a mistake. The ring arrived in a padded envelope inside another padded envelope well protected and discrete labeling so couldnt tell that valuables were being shipped. The ring/engraving was done in 24-48 hrs and shipped arriving to Alaska within 5-7 days! Amazing! Overall would give this company a 10/10!!!" Heather, Alaska

"I ordered my ring and got it in a very short amount of time. It was too small and my wedding was about ten days out. I sent it back and they made me a new one that was a little larger. I paid the difference and got another one that was still just a bit too small. It worked enough for the wedding and when we got back to the states I sent it back and they made me yet another one. And fyi It was totally my fault for the ring not being the correct size. Unbelievable product and service. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone there was so helpful.
